America's original pita. Naturally fermented. Since 1930. Bread in Brooklyn. In 1930, my great-grandfather, Hassan, introduced America’s Original Pitas to his Brooklyn neighborhood. In times, the next generations would introduce these same pitas to other communities, marketing their versatility as an easy-to-use pocket bread, as a healthy bread, even, a fun bread. Today, still one more contemporary generation later, we continue to introduce these same authentic pitas as well as many other BFFs (baked fresh favorites) to your homes.
